With a very experienced team of remanufacturing engineers Carwood has developed techniques and processes that generate products to OE standards of durability and performance.

Our truck, bus and heavy duty range alone exceeds 370 references and provides a truly all-makes programme covering, Lucas, Bosch, Delco, Prestolite, Valeo and Denso. Components used in both car and heavy duty units are either O.E. or exceed O.E. specification. Every single unit we remanufacture is individually bench tested to O.E. specification as a minimum, by one of our trained ISO 9001:2000 nominated testers. Full traceability is provided on each unit remanufactured and cross referenced to job card, delivery note and invoice.

Volumes start with a “one off” service for literally any make of starter motor, alternator, generator, wiper motor or heater motor through to high volume contract remanufacturing

In addition to our remanufactured range we also distribute and stock the Bosch BX, Cargo and Prestolite brands.
