In today’s demanding commercial environment where the only constant is change, companies relationships with their supplier base have never been more important. As the supply chain is put under increasing pressure to improve efficiency and reduce costs, working closely with suppliers is a key part of the company’s success. Carwood have for many years recognised the need for the supplier relationship to be one of true partnership, allowing commercial, technical, I.T. and training to be shared. Today we have in excess of 500 suppliers, international, national and local, large and small, all of them highly valued and many have been supporting us for over two decades.

A large proportion of our supplier partners provide us with very special, unique or exclusive products and services, with the 50 or so in tier 1 and the 150 in tier 2 vital to ongoing performance and success. As part of our ISO 9001:2015 quality accreditation suppliers are regularly assessed for conformity to quality standards and supply chain performance.
