Remanufacturing/Asset Regeneration

Remanufacturing is in effect asset regeneration. Today with the improvements of new environmentally friendly technology available in stripping and cleaning, remanufactured products are produced to such a high standard that they are difficult to differentiate from new. There is a growing recognition world wide of the importance of remanufacturing which retains as much as 85% of the energy used to make a new product. This is evidenced by the number of international manufacturers of engines, major components, and sub assemblies who offer a remanufacturing programme to compliment their new products.

As part of our policy of listening to our Customers needs our remanufactured range has increased considerably to reflect those needs. As a result our remanufacturing portfolio includes rotating electrics, diesel fuel injection, turbochargers, air actuators, truck cab heater systems, generators, portable power units, lighting towers, electronic and mechanical control boxes and panels, turret service boxes, RBJ`s, compressors for vehicle air conditioning systems and instrumentation. This range is purchased by both our commercial and military customers. These sectors recognise the cost effective solution that remanufacturing offers, whilst maintaining O.E. standards with the same warranty. All this at a time of pressure to reduce costs.
